Shipping policy

The estimated delivery time (from when the package ships from our warehouse) is as follows:

USA and Canada | 4–8 business days
Europe | 4–8 business days
Australia |  4–10 business days
Japan | 4–8 business days
Rest of the World | 5–20 business days

All packages come with a tracking number which you will receive as soon as your package ships from our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for paying for any additional charges that may occur for customs clearance.

As customs policies may vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

If any package shall be picked up at a specific delivery point, the Customer shall do so within the time specified in the notification.

Our shipping partners will attempt several deliveries, but if your order is returned to us through no fault of our own, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before we can send your order back out to you.

If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify us. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.
